Camp 2: STTA School Holidays Camp @Clementi June 2025

Terms & Conditions:  

1)  No refund will be entertained for all reasons including medical leave, illness, injuries, school holidays etc. Except when STTA cancels the event.

2) STTA reserves the right to make changes to the event scheduled with prior notice to participants.

3) STTA reserves the right to postpone and/or cancel the event. In the event of a cancellation, replacement of the event/program will be provided.

Checklist:

/ I acknowledge that I have read and understood that I am enrolling for the STTA school holidays camp, and accept the terms and condition

/ I declare that I am the parent/guardian of the applicant and certify that his/her particulars given are true and correct and give my full consent for his/her participation. 

/ Indemnity

In this declaration, I hereby agree that I will not hold Singapore Table Tennis Association (STTA), their appointed staffs or officials responsible or liable in any way for any mishaps, injuries, loss of life, loss of or damage to any property howsoever arising out of or in the course of or in connection with the above activities; and I shall indemnify the above mentioned organiser and their appointed staff and officials from and against any actions, proceedings, liabilities, claims, damages, cost and expenses which may be brought by or asserted against them by any person in connection with the same.

The “Organiser” (namely Singapore Table Tennis Association) take this opportunity to share with you the Privacy Policy which outlines how they manage your personal data including the purposes for which your personal data may have been or may be collected, used or disclosed.

Please note that the Privacy Policy forms are part of the terms and conditions governing your relationship with the “Organiser” and should be read in conjunction with those Terms and Conditions.

By participating in this “Programme” (STTA School Holidays Camp) you have agreed that the “Organiser” may use your personal information to contact you with regards to the “programme” and to share upcoming events. You may, however subsequently inform the “Organiser” through any form of media (email, phone or in writing) should you decide not to receive any. Information gathered will not be shared with other entities. Please contact the “Organiser” should you have any queries.

By agreeing to participate in this "Programme", you are granting  STTA permission to use your child’s images for promotional and publicities purposes.

I have read and fully understood and agreed with the STTA Privacy Policy.  STTA’s Personal Data Privacy Policy is contained in the Personal Data Privacy Policy Statement which can be found on the STTA Website at www.stta.org.sg. By signifying your acknowledgement and consent below, you are deemed to have read and understood the STTA’s Personal Data Policy Statement.
