Pre-requisite Skills Test for SG-Coach Lvl 1 Coaching Course Nov 2025

Date: 8 October 2025 (Wednesday) and *9 October 2025 (subject to availability)

Registration Deadline:  1 October 2025 (Wednesday)

Time: 7pm to 10pm

Venue: OCBC Arena Hall 6 (Basement 2), 5 Stadium Drive, Singapore 397631.

Course Requirement: 18 years old & above

Registration Fee: $16.35 (inclusive of 9% GST)

*limited slots accepted on a first-come-first-served basis. 

**The following may be exempted from the pre-requisite skills test:

• Current national players and intermediate squads (IS)
• Ex-national coaches, players and IS who have represented Singapore from year 2020 – 2024
• Current STTA coaches
• Current Singapore Sports School coaches
• Obtained SSC/SportSG Technical (Table Tennis) or ITTF Coaching Certification

*Supporting documents must be submitted for exemption.

Terms & Conditions:

1) Full payment is to be made via e-payment: PayNow or Fund Transfer on/before the registration deadline.

2) Late, unclear and incomplete forms will NOT be accepted. 

3) No refund will be entertained for all reasons including medical leave, illness, injuries, school holidays etc. Except when STTA cancels the skills test.

4) STTA reserves the right to make changes to the test dates with prior notice to participants.

5) STTA reserves the right to postpone and/or cancel the test.

6) Participant to complete the Pre-participation questionnaire prior to the participation in the programme. The questionnaire may be downloaded from SportSG | Sports Safe U Guide (sportsingapore.gov.sg).

I hereby declare that the particulars given above are true and correct to the best of my knowledge. I have read the terms and conditions and agreed to abide by them. I understand that the registration form will be discarded without prior notification given if the information provided is found to be incomplete, illegible or incorrect, or if payment is not settled before the closing date.

Indemnity
In this declaration, I hereby agree that I will not hold Singapore Table Tennis Association (STTA), their appointed staffs or officials responsible or liable in any way for any mishaps, injuries, loss of life, loss of or damage to any property howsoever arising out of or in the course of or in connection with the above activities; and I shall indemnify the above mentioned organisers and their appointed staffs and officials from and against any actions, proceedings, liabilities, claims, damages, cost and expenses which may be brought by or asserted against them by any person in connection with the same.
